Information Services Help Desk

Welcome to the Opportunity Council's Information Services help desk ticketing system. This system may be used to create, update and monitor support requests.

To open a new ticket you have two options:

  1. Send an email to helpdesk@oppco.org including the details of your request.
  2. Click "Open a New Ticket" on this page, fill out the form and submit it.

Within a few minutes of submitting your request you should receive an email with your ticket number summarizing your request. IS Staff will be notified as well and will contact you accordingly.

To check the status of a ticket or add a new comment to one:

  1. Click the "Sign in" button at the top of this page and log in with your agency credentials (no @oppco.org needed in the user name). This will display a list of your cases where you can view and, if needed, add comments to them.
  2. You can also provide a new comment to a case by replying to any email regarding that case you received from the ticketing system.
